Twilight Ice Cream Cupcakes
For my daughters 13th birthday we went with a twilight theme. I thought it would be fun to make ice cream cupcakes for her with a Twilight theme fondant topper. She had chocolate cupcakes with cookies 'n cream ice cream, a layer of buttercream frosting and then the fondant topper! Yummy!!!

Ice cream cupcakes
So a good friend of mine loves to make homemade ice cream! We thought it would be really fun to try out ice cream cupcakes together - my pumpkin spice cupcakes, her cinnamon ice cream, my cinnamon cream cheese frosting! They turned out soooo yummy and definitely a learning experience!

- Craig and I met at "Ricks College" in 1994. We were married in San Diego in June of 1995 which means we will celebrate our 18th anniversary this year. Time flies when you're having fun. We lived in Idaho for about 2 years after we were married. Sari was born in Idaho. We moved to California shortly after she was born. We've lived here for about 16 years.
